Shipping of Orders
Orders are packaged in wonderful muslin bags or gift boxes depending on the order. Each come with enclosure card and are perfect for gift giving ! Orders are processed in the order they are received. I usually ship orders - Most custom items take 2-3 days to ship, so if you need a speedy item please notify me by email right away. Orders are shipped priority with delivery confirmation. You will be notified when your order ships out. International orders are Welcome and will be shipped out priority USPS mail. *Please note if you need an order expedited you MUST notify me .. I can not be held responsible for slow shipping due to the USPS snail mail. I do not offer overnight shipping at this time. Returns
Due to the handmade quality and customization of orders I do not accept returns. However, if there is a defect due to manufacture or problem with your order I will do whatever I can to ensure your 100% satisfied with your order. IF you have an authorized return you will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and freight charges. You must return item within 14 days of receiving or return will not be accepted . Please remember this is costume style jewelry that is not to be worn everyday ... You should not sleep, swim, or shower with your jewelry on.. Be careful not to let little ones tug on your jewelry as I can not be responsible for damage due to this nature... Please note I do not accept exchanges after 30 days, but will gladly fix the piece from manufacture defect only. I am happy to fix other damaged pieces for a small fee ... WHOLESALE ORDERING INFO /RETURNS :
Opening minimum order is 175.00 reorders are 100.00 - If orders do not meet minimum requirements they are subject to cancellation. Please contact us for special arrangements. Damages must be reported within 7 days of receiving order. Due to the handmade quality and customization of all orders no returns are accepted unless order is damaged, pieces will be exchanged for new product unless otherwise noted and item is on backorder. If a return is authorized by Beth Quinn Designs then there will be a 30% restocking fee and applicable freight charges will be applied to the order. If an order is refused by a retailer a 30% restocking fee will apply. Product must be returned its original sealed package and in re-sellable condition within 10 days of receiving order or Return will not be accepted . Net 30 terms are not available at this time. All orders must be paid in full at time of order or order will be cancelled.
